Apparently Infinity Ward creator of Modern Warfare 2 is in Logger Heads with Activision creator of Black Ops over Creative Direction over the Call Of Duty franchise.
Jason West and Vince Zampella the Heads of the Studio we're fired because they were in secret talks with EA. The publisher, in a financial filing, only vaguely referred to is 'Insubordination' and 'Breach of Contract'
It is unclear if disagreements about creative direction r what finally led to West and Zampella dismissal.

Creative Director is a very important job, pretty much in charge of leading the communication design, interactive design and concept forward in any work assigned. Of course they r gunna have creative differences, u dont fire someone because of there opinion. But they were also in talks with a rival company!
